# Cancel or reschedule your reservation

### Manage your reservation from your account. 

Plans change—we get it. You can cancel or reschedule your reservation from your account.

### How to cancel
###

1. Log in to your dinner club page using the email you signed up with.
2. Go to **My Reservation**.
3. Select your reservation.
4. Click **Cancel**.

You can cancel your reservation at any time.
* **72 hours or more before your dinner:** You can choose between a **refund** (minus the $2.50 payment processing fee), **dinner credit** for the full value of your ticket, or **reschedule**.
* **Less than 72 hours before your dinner:** You can still cancel, but your reservation isn't eligible for a refund, reschedule or dinner credit.

### How to reschedule

If you’d rather join us another time, you can move your reservation to a future dinner.
1. Log in to your dinner club page.
2. Go to **My Reservations**.
3. Select your reservation.
4. Click **Reschedule**.

Rescheduling is available up to **72 hours before your dinner**.
If another dinner has already been announced, you can move your reservation to that date.
If there isn't another dinner available yet, you can cancel and choose **dinner credit**, then use it when the next dinner is announced.

### Need to cancel at the last minute?

If it's the day before or the day of your dinner, simply reply **9** to the SMS you receive from us.
We'll let the rest of your table know you won't be attending so they don't wait for you before getting started.
Last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund or dinner credit.

### When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
The $2.50 payment processing fee is charged by our payment processor when your original payment is made and isn't returned when a refund is issued.
