# How to manage photos and videos

Your dinner guests help bring your community to life, and now it's easier to keep track of the moments they capture.

The **Media** section of your dashboard helps you manage photos and videos shared from your dinner events.
### Find your media
1. Go to **Media** in your dashboard.
2. Browse the content uploaded from your dinner events.
3. Use the available filters to find content from specific dinners.

### Download your content
You can download available photos and videos to use in your community's newsletters, social media posts, or future dinner promotions.

### Keep an eye on expiration dates
Media assets may only be available for 90 days after being uploaded. Make sure to download any content you'd like to keep before it expires.

**Tip:** Share your favorite dinner moments with your community! Guest photos and videos are a great way to show what the experience is really like and encourage new people to join.
