# Minimum Attendee Requirement

To create the best possible experience, dinner clubs require a minimum of **30 attendees** **per location** before they can move forward.

Larger groups lead to:

* Higher attendee satisfaction overall

Running a dinner involves significant coordination behind the scenes — including restaurant sourcing, reservations, seating optimization, customer support, and logistics management.

Smaller groups often lead to:

* More cancellations and refund requests
