# Promotional Codes

You can create promotional codes to offer discounts to your audience.

Codes can be:

* A **fixed amount off** (example: `$10 off`)
* A **percentage discount** (example: `60% off`)

DNNR keeps a minimum take rate of **$4.80 per ticket**. If you create a 100% off ticket, DNNR's standard platform fee still applies to complimentary bookings and is deducted from your earnings.

You can also choose whether the code:

* Works for **unlimited uses**
* Or expires after a specific number of redemptions across all customers

## How to create a promotional code

1. Go to **Settings → Promotional Codes**
2. Click **Create Code**

Then configure:

* **Coupon Code** → what guests enter at checkout
* **Discount Type** → fixed amount or percentage
* **Discount Value**
* **Maximum Redemptions** _(optional)_
