# Refunds & Dinner Credits

### Choose between a refund or saving your ticket value as credit for a future dinner.

If your plans change, you have three options while your dinner is still at least 72 hours away: request a **refund**, **reschedule** for another available dinner, or keep your ticket value as **dinner credit** for a future booking.
## **Request a refund**

If you cancel **3 or more days before your dinner**, you're eligible for a refund.
A **$2.50 processing fee** will be deducted from your refund.
The remaining amount will be returned to your original payment method.
If you cancel **within 3 days** of your dinner, your reservation is not eligible for a refund.

## **Choose dinner credit instead**

Instead of a refund, you can choose to receive the **full value of your ticket as dinner credit**.
Unlike refunds, **no processing fee is deducted**—you'll receive the entire amount you paid, including any +1 tickets purchased in the same reservation.
Dinner credits never expire and can be used toward any future dinner in the same community.
You can opt for the credit up to **72 hours before the dinner.**

## **Using your dinner credit**
When booking your next dinner, we'll automatically detect your available credit during checkout.
* If your credit covers the full booking.
* If your booking costs more than your available credit, simply pay the remaining balance.
* If your booking costs less than your available credit, the unused balance stays in your account for future dinners.

## **What happens if I leave during checkout?**
If you start using your credit but don't complete payment, don't worry.
Your dinner credit is automatically returned to your account and can be used the next time you book.

## **Frequently asked questions**
### **Can I use credit for a +1?**
Yes. Your available credit can be applied toward any booking, including reservations with a +1. If there's a remaining balance after applying your credit, you'll simply pay the difference.
### **Can I combine credit with a credit card?**
Yes. If your credit doesn't cover the full booking amount, you'll pay the remaining balance during checkout.
### **Does my dinner credit expire?**
No. Your remaining balance stays in your account until you use it.
