Messaging Guests

*Note: SMS is one-way communication.


  1. Either use the Event Chat on the event page.



  1. Or go to Event Management > Communication to send emails and SMS.
  2. Choose the message format and recipient group.



  1. Edit the subject if needed.
  2. View message history at the bottom.



  1. Messages also appear in the event chat.
