Every dinner is designed to make meeting new people feel easy.

We take care of the planning—from matching guests and booking restaurants to organizing tables—so all you have to do is show up.

How are tables organized?

Most tables have 6 guests. We occasionally seat 7 when needed, but our goal is to keep conversations comfortable and engaging.

Depending on the size of the community, we may have multiple tables at the same restaurant or spread guests across several nearby restaurants.

How are guests matched?

Guests are matched using the questionnaire completed during signup.

Our matching algorithm considers factors such as:

Personality and conversation preferences
Age
Budget selection
Dietary preferences

The goal is to create tables where everyone has a great chance of connecting.

Can I sit with a friend?

Yes—as long as you book together.

If your community offers the option to bring a +1, add them during checkout and you'll be seated at the same table.

Separate reservations can't be guaranteed to sit together and may even be assigned to different restaurants.

Will I meet the same people every time?

No. Every dinner features new groups.

Whenever possible, we'll avoid matching you with people you've already met so each dinner feels like a new experience.

What about the after-dinner hangout?

After dinner, groups are invited to a nearby after-dinner hangout.

Minimum Attendee Requirement

To create the best possible experience, dinner clubs require a minimum of 30 attendees per location before they can move forward.

Larger groups lead to:

Better personality matches
Stronger table dynamics
Better restaurant experiences

Higher attendee satisfaction overall

Running a dinner involves significant coordination behind the scenes — including restaurant sourcing, reservations, seating optimization, customer support, and logistics management.

Smaller groups often lead to:

Limited matching quality
Fewer compatible tables
Lower-quality restaurant allocations
More cancellations and refund requests

We’ve found that the bigger the community, the better the experience is for everyone involved.

Our goal is always to create dinners people genuinely want to come back to — not just fill seats.
