  • Cancel or reschedule your reservation
    Plans change—we get it. You can cancel or reschedule your reservation from your account. How to cancel Log in to your dinner club page using the email you signed up with. Go to My Reservations.   • What to expect at your dinner
    Each dinner is designed to feel natural and easy. You'll be seated with a small group (typically 4–7 people). Tables are generally grouped by similar age ranges. We provide conversation starters to help get things flowing. You can find them anytime in My Reservations. No pitches, no pressure—just good conversations.   • Dietary Preferences & Allergies
    When you sign up for a dinner, you'll be asked to share your dietary preferences and any allergies. We use this information when selecting restaurants and assigning tables to help ensure everyone has suitable menu options. How do I update my dietary preferences?   • How does the dinner budget work?
    When you sign up, you'll select your maximum dinner budget. This tells us the highest-priced restaurant you're willing to be matched with. Will I always be matched to that budget? Not always. We create tables based on group size, compatibility, and restaurant availability. If there aren't enough guests in your budget tier to create a full table, you may be matched to a lower-priced restaurant. You'll never be matched to a restaurant above the budget you selected.   • What if I’m running late?
    If you’re running a bit late, your group may already be seated. Dinners are designed to start naturally, so the group may begin without waiting for everyone. Simply take your seat and join the conversation when you arrive. If you need to cancel your attendance, reply to the confirmation text message you received for the dinner. This will automatically notify the rest of your table that you won’t be attending. Ask the host/restaurant for your table (details are in your SMS and email), and jumpFew readers

  • Refund policy
    You can cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 72 hours before your dinner. Within 72 hours of the event, reservations become non-refundable because restaurant bookings and table assignments have already been finalized.   • Can’t make it tonight?
    If something comes up on the day of your dinner, please let us know as soon as possible. Reply "9" to the restaurant reveal SMS to let us know you won't be attending.     Some dinner clubs offer the option to bring a +1. When you go through the signup flow, you’ll see the option to add a guest during checkout. Simply select it, and we’ll make sure you’re seated together. You’ll complete the booking for both seats, so you’ll be paying for yourself and your guest in the same reservation.     The morning of, we’ll send you an email and SMS with: Your restaurant name Address Time Table instructions This keeps the experience fun and ensures balanced groups across venues.
