Cancel or reschedule your reservation

Manage your reservation from your account.

Plans change—we get it. You can cancel or reschedule your reservation from your account.

How to cancel

Log in to your dinner club page using the email you signed up with.
Go to My Reservation.
Select your reservation.
Click Cancel.

You can cancel your reservation at any time.

72 hours or more before your dinner: You can choose between a refund (minus the $2.50 payment processing fee), dinner credit for the full value of your ticket, or reschedule.
Less than 72 hours before your dinner: You can still cancel, but your reservation isn't eligible for a refund, reschedule or dinner credit.

How to reschedule

If you’d rather join us another time, you can move your reservation to a future dinner.

Log in to your dinner club page.
Go to My Reservations.
Select your reservation.
Click Reschedule.

Rescheduling is available up to 72 hours before your dinner.
If another dinner has already been announced, you can move your reservation to that date.
If there isn't another dinner available yet, you can cancel and choose dinner credit, then use it when the next dinner is announced.

Need to cancel at the last minute?

If it's the day before or the day of your dinner, simply reply 9 to the SMS you receive from us.
We'll let the rest of your table know you won't be attending so they don't wait for you before getting started.
Last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund or dinner credit.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
The $2.50 payment processing fee is charged by our payment processor when your original payment is made and isn't returned when a refund is issued.
