Ambassadors

Ambassadors are trusted community members who help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere at dinner.

They receive a complimentary ticket in exchange for supporting the experience.

Enable ambassador applications

Members can apply to become ambassadors directly from your dinner club page.

To enable applications:

1. Go to Ambassadors.
2. Turn on Ambassador applications.
3. Click Customize to personalize the application.

Before making applications live, you can customize:

• Basic information shown on the application page
• Responsibilities applicants will see before applying
• Application questions you'll ask to help evaluate candidates

Once enabled, an Ambassador tab will appear on your dinner club page where members can apply.

Review applications

Applications appear under the Applications tab in the Ambassadors section.

Applicants can share information such as:

• Why they'd like to become an ambassador
• Preferred dinner location
• Social media profiles
• Content creation experience
• Answers to your custom application questions

From there, you can approve or reject each application.

Approved members become part of your community's ambassador pool.

Invite ambassadors to a dinner

For each campaign, you decide how many ambassadors you'd like.

1. Select your campaign.
2. Choose the maximum number of ambassadors.
3. Click Send ambassador invitations.

Invited ambassadors receive an email asking whether they're available and which location they'd prefer.

Assign ambassadors

Once ambassadors accept the invitation, assign them to a dinner location from the Ambassadors page.

We'll take care of the rest.

On the morning of the dinner, each ambassador receives an email with:

• Their assigned restaurant
• The number of tables they'll support
• The names of the guests at each table

What ambassadors can help with

You decide what ambassadors are responsible for.

You can customize the responsibilities shown on the application page, but common tasks include:

• Welcoming guests
• Helping with conversation starters
• Coordinating name tags
• Helping guests find the after-dinner hangout
• Taking photos and videos
• Sharing the experience on social media

Think of ambassadors as friendly hosts who help create a great experience for everyone.

Prefer to invite someone directly?

You can also skip the application process and invite an existing community member yourself.

Go to Ambassadors, search for a member by name or email, and send them an ambassador invitation directly.
