Setting the Location, Date & Time for Your Dinner Club

πŸ“ Location

Choose a downtown district with at least 7–10 moderately priced restaurants and a large bar for the after party.

We’ll send groups of six to different restaurants β€” usually 1–3 tables per restaurant, depending on your group size and restaurant availability.

After dinner, all tables from the same district will converge at the after-party bar.
Typically, around 50% of guests continue on from dinner to the bar.
We’ll give the bar a heads-up, but we don’t negotiate group packages or special pricing.

If you host dinner clubs in multiple locations, each one will have its own after-party bar. For example, if you host in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, there will be separate after parties in each location.

πŸ“† Date

We currently support dinner clubs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Fridays and Saturdays are NOT recommended β€” reservations are harder to secure, bars are too busy, and guests often have personal plans.

By hosting midweek, you’re also supporting local restaurants during off-peak hours.

⌚️ Time

  • Big cities: 7:00 PM dinner β†’ 9:00 PM after party
  • Smaller cities/towns: 6:30 PM dinner β†’ 8:00 PM after party

πŸ“£ When to announce

Most communities need 10–14 days of promotion to fill their tables, though some have announced just 7 days prior and still had a great turnout.
